NavalTees Designs/Produces 3000 T-shirts for the Troops for Christmas |

At the request of the MWR Liberty Program, NavalTees designed and produced 3000 T-shirts for Servicemen to be handed out for the holidays. "Supporting the troops is what we are all about, giving back to the Sailors, Marines, Soldiers, Airmen and Coast Guardsmen is a must, we should all do what we can to help these young men and women who serve our country, and stop to say thank you every now and then," said Hobrath.

SA Christopher Hobrath, son of NavyChief.com founder PRC(AW) Jeff Hobrath (Ret) , graduates Navy Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (boot camp) . SA Hobrath was featured in Navy times, 1 May 06, for his determination to join despite repeated challenges raised by the tattoo policy which has now been changed. His division had the distinction of commencing on 9-11-06 and graduating on 11-9-06.

NavalTees, LLC moves into new facility just off the square in historic Leonardtown, MD. Leonardtown is a wonderful small town situated on Breton bay just minutes from NAS Patuxent River. This new office will combine production and administration under one roof, making for a more efficient operation and improved department synergy.

NavalTees, LLC and NavyChief.com supports the White House Mess providing specialty merchandise for their staff. "We are so proud to support the White House Mess, it's just an honor to know them. They truly made us feel at home, in the White House of all places" said Hobrath.

NavalTees became an official sponsor of the annual event and provided custom desinged t-shirts for the MWR staff and runners. "Sponsoring MWR events like this is exactly the kind of thing we enjoy doing the most, supporting the troops and coming together as a Navy community" said Hobrath.

Naval Historical Foundation Teams with NavyChief.com
The Naval Historical Foundation selected NavyChief.com as the lead vendor and web site developer for the Navy Museum in Washington DC at the Washington Navy Yard. NavyChief.com has already launched the online Navy Museum Gift Shop at http://www.navymuseumgiftshop.org. Sales from the new site will benefit the Navy Museum.
CAPT Todd Creekman (Ret) and YNC Andre Dyson (Ret) of the Naval Historical Foundation met with Chief Jeff Hobrath (Ret) and AKC Andy Galligan (Ret) of NavalTees, LLC (parent company of NavyChief.com) in early December to discuss the details and put together a foundation for future Museum projects and fundraising opportunities.
"This is an exciting and logical move by our company to join forces with the Naval Historical Foundation. It is truly an honor for us to be a partnered with an organization whose sole purpose is to preserve our naval heritage," said Hobrath.

Revamping production
Because of the slow turnaround time for embroidered products and some custom products to reach the customer, we have temporarily stopped taking orders for these items. NavyChief.com is based on a "make per order" platform for most of our products, which can sometimes lead to slower manufacturing and delivery times. We are looking into various methods to speed this process up.
Sublimation is Back
NavyChief.com teams up with AllieCat Enterprises to produce Coffee Mugs, Mouse Pads, License Plates and Plaques. AllieCat Enterprises is owned by a Retired Navy Chief! We're very excited to have them on board.

In collaboration with NAS Patuxent River Commanding Officer, Public Affairs Office, and Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, KR's Creative Services Division drew on its extensive creative and military background to develop and design the official Air Expo '05 poster, program cover and flyers.

Big changes at NavyChief.com! We've just about wrapped up our expansion of product development, shipping issues and other business procedures here at HQ. We welcome aboard new members to the team, Dwayne & Christine, who will handle sales, billing and other administrative duties for NavyChief.com. Custom orders will now be handled directly by the art studio. We have expanded our product line to include Rings and Swords and will be adding command ball caps and personalized ship "cruise" type jackets for every ship in the fleet, new and old! Bare with us over the next few weeks as we complete our transition to help serve the CPOs, the Fleet, the Troops and all those who support us better!

President of NavyChief.com, PRC(AW) Jeff Hobrath retires from the Navy after serving 20 years. Chief Hobrath served in the following commands: USS Coral Sea, USS Constellation, VF-21, VR-51, VR-52, NAS Miramar, NAS Glenview, NAS Willow Grove.
