Official Contest Rules

1. To enter: No purchase necessary. Complete the official entry form located at our website http://www.navychief.com. Entry is void if required information is not provided. One entry per day per person. Any successive entries for the day will be discarded and the first valid entry will be used. There will be one drawing on the 1st of each month. A new contest will begin on the 1st of each month. Contestants must re-enter every month to remain eligible for the contest. Deadline date is the last date of each month. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid entries.
   
2. Prize available for this month is:
   Choice of one (1) NavyChief.com T-Shirt or Sweat Shirt from the NavyChief.com collection. - Any one (1) T-Shirt or Sweat Shirt from our collection (except for "Chief Bike" shirts) in choice of available sizes may be chosen by the winner.
   
3. Each month, one winner may only win one prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   
4. Contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents, except employees and immediate families of The Jeff Hobrath Art Studio, LLC, its sponsors and affiliates, subsidiaries or companies donating prizes. Void where prohibited.
   
5. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by The Jeff Hobrath Art Studio, LLC, whose decisions are final. Winners must respond to winner's notification with information requested via e-mail within three (3) days to claim prize. If the first selected winner does not respond, a second winner will be chosen. If the second winner does not respond, the prize will remain unclaimed. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected mail or entries, or delays. Contest materials are void if incomplete, not legible or if they contain errors. By entering this contest, you agree that any information you send to The Jeff Hobrath Art Studio, LLC/NavyChief.com becomes the property of The Jeff Hobrath Art Studio, LLC and may be posted and/or published, and none will be returned. Contest may be discontinued at any time.
