Navy Chief (Ret) & Graphic Artist, Jeff Hobrath, served on active duty in the Navy from February 1982 to September 2002. Currently serves as an Artist to the Navy via defense contracts. Jeff became the first person ever to achieve Adobe Certified Expert and Adobe Certified Training Provider status while serving on active duty in the armed forces. In 1997, Jeff founded NavyChief.com to make his art available to sailors around the world. NavyChief.com has gone full speed ahead ever since!

In 2006 NavalTees, LLC Co-founder, Navy Chief (Ret) Andy Galligan joined forces with Jeff bringing his expertise in business management, administration and contracting to NavyChief.com. On July 27th, 2006, NavalTees, LLC. was established by Jeff & Andy to create a parent corporation allowing improvements in customer service and administration duties of NavyChief.com and the development of NavalTees.com.

Senior Chief Jon Ayres began development of NavyChief.com's online ecommerce availablity back in 2000, and later established the NavalTees.com store front based on the NavyChief.com model. An exceptional web site development coordinator and an expert in creating user-friendly online inter activity, Jons work modernized and allowed the use of secure web site transactions. Still serving on active duty, we are proud to have Jon on board as our lead ecommerce consultant.

In 2007 NavalTees has grown to a staff of 10, and expanded the headquarters and production facility in Leonardtown MD to four times the size of our original shop. We are proud of our employees, and thier enthusiasim to make quality products for the troops. One thing for sure, at NavalTees, we have fun - morale is high and we like it that way!
